Application or Renewal of BOMA-USA Teacher Certification

There is a new process for renewing certification. BOMA-USA Teachers must update their Certification every year when they renew their BOMA-USA membership. Once you are registered on the system, you will receive a reminder e-mail to renew membership and update your certification before it expires on your annual anniversary.  The cost of certification is included in your membership.
 
NOTE: CLICK THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON TO THE RIGHT.  IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY A MEMBER CLICK THE “APPLY” BUTTON. YOU WILL THEN NEED TO CLICK “REGISTER” AFTER BEING REDIRECTED AND BECOME A MEMBER FIRST.

For Renewal of Certification, the Teacher is required to:

  • Be a member of BOMA-USA
  • Request a certified teacher subscription after renewing membership and then complete the survey for Renewal of Teacher Certification
  • Have taught and followed-up at least 10 clients/couples during the past 3 years
  • Fulfill one of the following options in the past 3 years: (The BOMA Extension Course is the preferred option for all Teachers.)
  1. Attend a BOMA-USA Extension Course
  2. Attend a BOMA-USA Teacher Training
  3. Attend a BOMA-USA or WOOMB Conference
  4. Attend a BOMA-USA approved Continuing Education Program/Webinar (Minimum 10 Contact Hours)
  5. Conduct a Teacher Training, Supervise Teacher Trainees or otherwise teach approved Billings Ovulation Method content.

Bio:

Ferely Correa born in Venezuela, married and mother of 5, met her husband when they were studying engineering. They now share the same profession as chemical engineers. Previously, Ferely was working as a chemical analyst in Venezuela and Mexico in the oil and gas industry, then moved to Holland, and there, volunteered as a team coordinator of activities related to the expat areas in the Hague, at ACCESS magazine. Currently, she is blessed to be part of the NFP instructors in USA, teaching the Billings Ovulation Method. Teaching has taken her on a rewarding and beautiful journey learning more about her body, how it works and what could potentially damage it.
