This live Zoom class offers an introduction to fertility awareness and charting specifically designed for women who are breastfeeding and whose menstrual cycles have not yet returned.

Sessions are held monthly on the second Friday at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. A Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

This class covers the same foundational overview as the standard Fertility 101 session, with a tailored presentation focusing on the unique considerations of breastfeeding mothers who are not currently cycling.
