This is a very valuable discussion with a case review by Dr Danielle Koestner. Dr Koestner started her practice using conventional methods in a Federally funded health program, prescribing contraception for helping to avoid pregnancy. At home, she had learned and implemented FABM’s including the Billings Ovulation Method® to manage her own fertility. After seeing the results of contraception in her practice and knowing the better way she was using for herself, Dr Koestner converted her practice to NFP only.
