Has it been a while since you learned the Billings Ovulation Method®? Whether you are looking to refresh your charting skills, better understand your fertility signs, or regain confidence in applying the Rules, this refresher class is designed for you.

Join us for a practical review of the menstrual cycle, fertility patterns, Peak identification, charting techniques, and the four Rules of the Billings Ovulation Method®. This session will help couples reconnect with the science behind the Method, strengthen their understanding of fertility awareness, and provide an opportunity to ask questions and clarify concepts.

Perfect for couples who have previously learned the Method and would like a comprehensive review to confidently apply it in their current stage of life.

Class will be offered live over zoom on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm Central Time.

The class will be 30 minutes with time following for questions.
