T-the note are organized and easy to understand if you patiently go through it

The billing Ovulation is so wonderful. I am a user of this methods but they were a lot of things I did not know and just assumed. The facilitator presentation was amazing, and I am now able to adjust myself and encourage others who are still in the world of contraceptives to come enjoy the natural way of family planning which is effective, has no cost and no risk on our body

Training is good, but navigation is awkward

Maybe this is part of the method, but it would be great to have the worksheet and study return sheet at the beginning to download and complete as we go through the readings. As opposed to having them at the end. The content was very informative though and helped with my understanding.
